Sucheta Kamath, M.S. CCC-SLP, BC-NCD

Sucheta Kamath has an undergraduate degree in Speech Pathology & Audiology from University of Bombay, India (1986). She has a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Ohio University (1993) and a Masters degree in Linguistics from the University of Bombay (1991). In addition, Sucheta is Board Certified in Neurogenic Communication Disorders (BC-NCD) awarded by the Academy of Neurogenic Communication Disorders and Sciences. This certificate is presented to those who demonstrate specialized expertise in working with adults and children with a diagnosis of neurological dysfunction that impacts their communication, cognition and social-pragmatic proficiency. In addition to her formal training, Sucheta has sought out opportunities to diversify her knowledge, widen her clinical foundation and strengthen her professional footing through a variety of scholarly activities including attending and presenting at different specializations. She has found innovative resources in fields such as neuroscience, social cognition, clinical psychology, communication disorders, teacher education, curriculum development and education of learning disabled as well the gifted.
